RETURNS + EXCHANGES

At Hamilton Lane Littles, we know that sometimes an item just isn’t the perfect fit — and that’s okay! We want you to truly love your purchase.

Return Eligibility

  • All approved returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

  • Items must be returned within 14 business days of receiving your order.

  • Returns received after this timeframe will not be accepted — no exceptions.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in perfect condition:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Free of odors

  • Tags attached (if applicable)

Final Sale Items

  • Any items discounted 20% or more are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or store credit.


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Please ensure your item meets our return policy and is not a final sale item before shipping it back. Email hamiltonlaneboutique@gmail.com to start the return process. 

  • Include your packing slip and the reason for your return.

  • Ship your return using USPS, UPS, or FedEx (a tracking number is required).

  • Please contact us prior to shipping to receive return authorization and the return address.

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for processing.

  • Your e-gift card will be sent via email.


DAMAGED ITEMS

  • Any damages must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage when contacting us.

  • Damage claims submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.

Hamilton Lane Littles is not responsible for damage that occurs after items have been washed. Please follow all care instructions carefully — we recommend gentle or hand wash cycles and avoiding the dryer.
